Vijay is initially reluctant to go to the RTO office, but he eventually agrees. When he arrives, he is met by a large crowd of fans. He tries to get the license quickly and leave, but Aggarwal insists on taking a selfie with him first. Vijay takes the selfie, but he is rude and dismissive of Aggarwal.
This incident humiliates Aggarwal in front of his son and colleagues. He vows to get revenge on Vijay. He uses his position as an RTO officer to make Vijay's life difficult. He delays the processing of Vijay's license and cancels his shooting permits.
Vijay is initially irritated by Aggarwal's behavior, but he eventually realizes that he has been wrong. He apologizes to Aggarwal and tries to make things right. The two men eventually become friends and learn to respect each other.
Selfiee is a well-intentioned film, but it is also a mediocre remake. The story is predictable and the characters are underdeveloped. The film also suffers from uneven pacing and tonality.
However, the film is salvaged by the good performances of Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi. Kumar is charismatic as the movie star Vijay Kumar, and Hashmi is believable as the RTO officer Om Prakash Aggarwal. The supporting cast is also good, with Diana Penty and Nushrratt Bharuccha delivering notable performances.
Overall, Selfiee is a mediocre remake with a few good performances. It is a watch only if you are a fan of Akshay Kumar or Emraan Hashmi.
